Q. Once I order my Basic Mortgage Website, how long will take for it to be completed and online?
A. Usually 3-7 days. If your Domain Name is registered through us, and if all necessary information was included on your order form and payment was received, your website should be online and ready to view in just a few days (sometimes sooner!) It is fine to order a Basic Website to be used with a Domain you have already secured on your own, however the delays in redirecting your Domain to point to our servers may delay the process slightly, depending on the registrar.


Q. When I order a Basic Mortgage Website, can I use my own photo, image or Logo on the top of each page?
A. Yes! In fact we encourage you to add your own personalized touch to your website (ie. company logo,
Loan Officer photo on Bio page, Storefront photo on location/contact us page, etc) These images can be uploaded at the time you order your website. If you have specific questions, please include them on your order form, or email info@yzvirtualdesign.com

Q. If I order a Basic Mortgage Website, can I customize and add pages, images, etc?
A. Yes, at an additional fee. The Basic html Website includes 5 pages, (your Home Page, a Bio or
About Us page, a Contact Us/Location page, and 2 Loan Applications (long and short). While available, your Mortgage Website can also include a Mortgage amortization Calculator. Within reason, pages may be added to your website at an additional charge. See Additional Page Pricing.


Q. Will the Loan Applications on my website be secure?
A. Yes. All websites are secured with a Starfield Technologies Web Server Certificate. Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption, and hosted on a secure host server, accessible on by the webmaster and website owner.

Q. Is there a benefit to registering my Domain name via YzVirtualDesign.com, as opposed to securing a Domain name on my own?
A. Yes. By registering your Domain with us, we can setup your website more quickly, rather than waiting for authorizations from an outside host (which can take up to 5-7 days). Additionally, all renewals will be invoiced together, annually. However, we are happy to assist you with your website development/hosting regardless of where your Domain name is registered.


Q. Can I make changes/updates to my Website whenever I want to?
A. Yes. Minor website changes are included in the general maintenance of your website, which would include updating an Email address, phone # or address, or updating a single image or logo. More major changes such as adding new pages or changing an entire existing page, can be made an additional charge. See Additional Page Pricing
